Who We Are:
InfancyIT is a software development company founded in 2015 by three graduates from the CSE’2010 batch of SUST. Our team mainly consists of talented individuals from the SUST CSE community, and we focus on building useful mobile and web applications that make everyday life easier.
We build products that power businesses, mainly in the USA and Europe. Our work includes mobile apps available on the Android and iOS stores, as well as several SaaS platforms serving users worldwide.
Giving back to our university is something we truly value. That’s why we’ve worked on a few projects for SUST that you may have already used, such as SUST ePayment and MySUST.
We follow standard software engineering practices to ensure high-quality work and support the professional growth of our engineers.
What is Young Talents Programme (YTP):
We provide a special opportunity for students to gain real-world experience in software development alongside their studies. We strongly value education and always encourage our team members to focus on their academic goals. This initiative, called the Young Talents Programme (YTP), has been active since 2015 and has included students from the CSE ’11 to CSE ’20 batches.

- Basic understanding of programming, algorithms, data structures, databases, and OOP principles

Technology:We are not biased toward any specific programming language. Instead, we choose the language that best fits the project requirements and features. We strive to use the most up-to-date technologies. Commonly, we utilize the following:
Web:
- Frontend: React, Vue, Next, Remix
- Backend: Laravel, Express, Spring Boot, Python
- Database: MySQL, MongoDB
Nature of Job:
- Part-time (18 hours per week)
- Onsite/Remote work is allowed if necessary
Salary:
- BDT 10,000 per month
